Changed your mind or simply don't need anymore?

We are happy to offer a Return for any item within 14 days after receipt. The item must be re-saleable (by this, we mean that it can be sold to another customer in an ‘as new’ state with any tags and original packaging. Please pack the item in a box to avoid damage during transit). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a suitable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that there will be a cost for the return of £5.

Damaged or faulty goods?

If an item you have purchased from us is damaged or faulty, we are happy to help in either arranging a replacement, or a refund. Please email a photograph of any goods that arrive damaged. We will be happy to cover the cost of anything that needs to come back to us.

A refund will be processed once the item has been received back with us.

Returns process

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send item(s) back to us using the label provided.
