It is with great sadness that we are reaching out to let you know that we have made the difficult decision to close the Natural World online store on Wednesday, 1st July. We want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all your support and loyalty.
Despite this closure, we’d like to reassure you that our high street stores aren’t going anywhere, and are looking forward to continuing to meet our customers in person.
All orders placed before Wednesday, 1st July will be processed and fulfilled as normal, and so will any outstanding refunds or returns. Our friendly customer care team will also still be here to help beyond this date.
